1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of a Soul Business Profile and any related services offered by Big Soul Network ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Kim Macleod, based in Largs, Ayrshire, Scotland.
By purchasing a Soul Business Profile, booking a Soul Business Mentor Session, or otherwise using bigsoulnetwork.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time – see Section 10 for how changes are handled. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
2. The Service
A Soul Business Profile is a personalised written report that synthesises insight from four distinct systems: Astrology, Human Design, Soul Name (name meaning and numerology), and VIA Character Strengths. It is produced from information and birth details you provide via our questionnaire, together with your name.
The purpose of the report is reflective and developmental – to help you understand yourself and your business energetics with more clarity, and to explore how your natural design might inform your business decisions and strategy.
What the Soul Business Profile is not: It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional business advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in any of those fields. Astrology, Human Design, Soul Name numerology, and VIA Character Strengths are offered as reflective and self-development tools, not as predictive, diagnostic, or scientifically validated instruments. Any decisions you make in your business or personal life based on your report remain your own responsibility.
We may also offer a Soul Business Mentor Session as an add-on or standalone service see Section 5.

3. How Your Report Is Prepared
Your Soul Business Profile is built on a foundation of established systems and calculation methods (astrological charting, Human Design mechanics, numerological calculation of your Soul Name, and the VIA Institute's Character Strengths framework), interpreted and curated by Kim Macleod.
To help produce the written synthesis of your report, we use AI-assisted drafting tools. This means that while the underlying data, calculations, and interpretive framework are grounded in the four systems described above and reviewed by Kim, part of the written content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and then reviewed, edited, and personalised before your report is finalised.
We disclose this so you understand how your report comes together. If you have any questions about this process, please contact us – see Section 11.
4. Ordering, Pricing and Payment
Current prices for the Soul Business Profile and Soul Business Mentor Session are shown on the Site at the time of purchase, in GBP, and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already placed and paid for.
Payment is taken securely at the point of order via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems – these are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation, and we will begin preparing your report once you have completed the required questionnaire (see Section 2). Please allow the timeframe stated on the Site for delivery of your completed report; if no timeframe is stated, we aim to deliver within 14 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, and will let you know if this changes.
5. Soul Business Mentor Session
The Soul Business Mentor Session is a 90-minute deep-dive session with Kim, delivered via Zoom or in person in Largs, Ayrshire, focused on exploring how your soul and business align – grounding your Soul Business Profile into your business, alongside an intuitive oracle reading to open up your awareness of your own soul's guidance. Sessions are limited in availability.

Booking: Sessions are booked via our online calendar after payment is confirmed through Stripe. Please choose a date and time that works for you; a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your session time, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and we will do our best to find an alternative slot.
Cancellation: If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, we will offer you a reschedule or a refund in line with Section 6. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or nonattendance without notice, are not eligible for a refund, though we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time reschedule.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session (for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time or a full refund of the session fee.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Soul Business Profile: Because each report is a personalised piece of work prepared specifically for you once you submit your questionnaire, we are unable to offer a refund once work on your report has begun. If you change your mind before submitting your completed questionnaire, please contact us within 14 days of your order for a full refund. Once your completed report has been delivered, all sales are final, as the work has been completed and delivered as a personalised digital product.
If you believe there is a genuine error in your report (for example, a factual error in the numerological or astrological calculations), please contact us and we will review and correct it at no additional cost.
Soul Business Mentor Session: Refunds for the Mentor Session are handled as set out in Section 5.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect: To prepare your Soul Business Profile, we ask for personal information via our questionnaire, including your full birth name, date, time, and place of birth, and your responses to the VIA Character Strengths assessment and other reflective questions. We also collect standard order information (name, email, billing details) via Stripe to process your payment.

How we use it: Your information is used solely to calculate and prepare your personalised report, to deliver it to you, to administer your Mentor Session booking if applicable, and to communicate with you about your order. As set out in Section 3, part of the written synthesis is produced with AI-assisted drafting tools; the personal details you provide are used in that process only to generate your report.
Retention: We retain your questionnaire responses and report data for up to two years from the date of your order, to allow us to respond to any queries about your report or provide follow-up services. You may request that we delete your data sooner – see below.
Your rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11.
Third parties: We share necessary information with Stripe (payment processing) and our AI-assisted drafting tools (report preparation, as described in Section 3), each of which processes data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Soul Business Profile is prepared personally for you and is yours to keep and use for your own personal or business purposes.
The report's design, layout, written frameworks, methodology, branding, and all other content created by Big Soul Network (excluding the personal details and outputs specific to you) remain the intellectual property of Big Soul Network and Kim Macleod. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit the report template, methodology, or Big Soul Network branding without our prior written permission.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Big Soul Network and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
As set out in Section 2, the Soul Business Profile is offered as a reflective and self-development tool and is not professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or business consultant, and any decisions you make based on your report are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the calculations underpinning your report (astrological, Human Design, and Soul Name numerology data), but we do not guarantee that the interpretations, insights, or suggestions in your report will be accurate,

complete, or suited to your particular circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Soul Network and Kim Macleod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, your Soul Business Profile, or your Mentor Session, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
10. Complaints, Governing Law and Changes to These Terms
Complaints: If you are unhappy with your Soul Business Profile, your Mentor Session, or any other aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance – see Section 11. We will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will always be available on the Site, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
